You can now sync your game options, servers, resource packs, command history, and even creative hotbars across instances! Edit your options either in-game or directly within the Modrinth App!

Options syncing works at the individual setting level. Some settings sync by default, but you can fine-tune this to what you want. Syncing works with mods that add to options.txt and modpacks that include an options file.
