Good morning, my monsterfuckers! Is your character religious? In a word, none of mine are. Religion is something that exists in my world, but its a background noise to the overall story, not a driver of it The characters do use religion based swears at times, referencing the 'Balance'

Godfrey is a pagan. Being a worshipper of the goddess of the hunt in a world that is very Christian. Giving food as a sacrifice treating animals well and praying during hunts which gave him peace despite all the noise in his life.

Bayden is Not religious whatsoever despite bordering on divinity themselves. They just don't care for religion all that much even as a god they aren't the most directly active god

My story is kinda anti-religion in a lot of ways. Cicily and Luke are both ex-mormon, and Angela is ex-whatever religion she had in the monster world. Westenra was raised atheist and Olivia didn't have much time to consider the idea of a higher power

Angie being an angel is religious, existing in the light realm near to the other side. The Scales, Squire, Knight and Lord Grudge are all theocrate's for the Avenging Goddess, and in Grudges case her sister the light goddess, The Justicar. Being modern fantasy a lot of the gods are more direct

Frelly is a prostitute-priestess of the Ishtaritu, a sect devoted to goddesses like Ishtar Viggo is a cleric of the Aesir, like Odin & Thor Ravi is a devotee of the Naga King Vasuki Vuyelwa is spiritual not religious Sheena sort of is Taoist Annaerlitha casually to the Night Queen Ereshkigal

No, Kuro and Shiro- while growing up in theocracy saw mostly the worst part of religion because of which they want to keep as far away from it as possible Silver and Akashi- while their people tend to interact with ,,energy based beings" there is no religion involved (1/3)

Grand Creator is the opposite of religious- Gods to him are no different from a common spirit he can mess with, but when it comes to organised religion- he despises it. In his time he saw too many religions used for control and suppression which comes in conflict with what he looks for. (2/3)

If you follow my answer to questions here you can probably guess that this hatred will be a driving force for a large part of the plot in my comic. He won't go after all of them, but Grand Creator often goes out of his way to destroy any religion that gives him even the smallest pretext to do so

Nāmu practiced Buddhism with his father in his former life. He still meditates, chants sutras, and pay respect to the Three Supreme Ones of the Tőbitigyuni who adopted him when he can, but he isn't deeply religious.

Ko'lovo and her tribe, the Velma Mar, believe in some of the deities typically revered by other Mar. But, they stand out in their history in viewing them with utter contempt.

Firebrand is religious in the way all elves more or less are; they consider sex a holy act. It is a sacred celebration of life and their gods-given extra-large capacity for joy and pleasure. He IS currently sinning by charging for it, but doesn't consider this as big an offense as others of his kin.

Node 0 hasn't got a religious bone in his body. Tuskess believes in the naturalist, pagan-like beliefs of the orcs from the Plains, having grown up there, but doesn't actively practice. They're background thoughts and not something that guides her. Lowze, Creak and Flairy don't gaf 'bout religion.

Everyone in my world is baseline religious. Atheists just dont think the gods deserve power. As such; all my characters are various religious. Ranging from Miwagi tossing coins to beggars and doing the cross when stressed, to Alexander who is a crusader.

Religion is a tricky thing for Miohki and her people. They have things and beings that they worship. But worship over divine beings typically never occurs since her people have a long history of being hunted down by them

Anasha is a storm cleric so I presume she's religious in some way, but it has never come up as to exactly WHO she worships other than the sea itself. Jayme is firmly an atheist, he has suffered too much to believe in some higher power that could have saved him when he was a small child and didn't.

This surprises people, but Deamoni was once a Antipaladin for a dark goddess called Craterna. She is 100% a true believer. She has interacted directly with divinity. But now she no longer practices faith and offers no prayers. She will curse in Craterna's name, and bless with Persaphina's tho'.

Serenity is not particularly religious. She knows the gods exist, but doesn't worship any one to the exclusion of all others. Instead, she'll offer relevant prayers to relevant deities at relevant times and that's the end of it, the rest of her life is not driven by any particular dogma.
