I’ve stabilized my atproto sync @obsidian.md plugin and am fairly content with the UX for now. There’s no time to explain - choosing family and to touch grass for the next few days - but there’s really no reason not to share the plugin, so here’s a link if you wanna check it out.

It supports both private and public notes via opaque records and @standard.site publications respectively. And yea, while opaque records are frowned upon, it’s secure enough for me and “you don’t fucking control me”™️

I’m happy with how OAuth is supported (even on mobile albeit with a wackier UX than desktop). The app password option is also there (see the ™️ comment above for more context).
