And these kids decided, on their own, to play a benefit show for families impacted by the surge. At that first show they had hoped to raise a couple thousand dollars. Their families and friends came to Minneapolis and packed the house. They ended up raising over 10 grand. (3/?)

Yesterday morning kids were sent running from their bus stop in panic because ICE showed up. This guy at today’s ICE Out of Lindenwold protest is a must watch 😭. @maddow.bsky.social

and the fact that the whistle goblins have shipped out 250,000 whistles IN THE LAST WEEK, while everyone felt like we were in a lull because they have upped their game so completely & everything is running so smoothly

and the lady in our inbox who caused us to go into a Whistles Out: a Benoit Blanc Mystery spiral for half the day because she had rallied so many people to request whistles to the same town that we thought it was a scam, but no she just convinced like 700 people to mobilize and we love her so much

The Creatively Maladjusted

(we are absolutely going to circle back to this incredible lady at some point because she deserves all the support we can bring to her & I think she and @courtneymilan.com are about to be BFFs)
