Harvest time! The thing that really blew my mind this year is that these cherry tomatoes are all volunteers that popped up near where last years plants were!

Made a pepper & candied ginger, relish with the Anaheim chillies today that is to die for! The mild peppers pick up some extra heat from the ginger & the flavors play so nicely together! Tossed in 2 Granny Smith apples for the pectin, ACV & a lemon for acid, & sugar to help preserve it. 10/10 noms!
