MPEG TS over RIST transport with 7.1 multi-channel PCM audio is now supported in the most recent Developer branch of @basisvr.org

I think 7.1 multi-channel audio is the main improvement, but is there something else this improves?

Greater audio sync accuracy with the video track after switching to presentation time stamps instead of the fifo model it was using before
