...taxpayers already fund govt. legal costs. It is called taxation. Fund govt. legal costs should not be individualised.

Congrats! These highly placed bullies are perverting justice, for sure. Each case is a threat for those without the ability to go through the stress of courts and hostile "justice" system. She should be charged with vexatious fuckery.
