Trump or the DOJ have no standing to bring this suit.

What is the basis of the lawsuit? Republicans are too fucking stupid to read?

Gosh I hate Blanche! What a slimy ick!🖕

MAGA has too much to lose to go down without a fight. We must be prepared to fight back. Winning the election will be just the start.

There is no longer a DOJ. It's DJT's attorneys.

Jeeezzz 🙄 they are pre-suing. Corruption right out in front.

Todd Blanche is pleasing DJT. This is a joke of a lawsuit. They are trying to set the framework to cry fraud when Democrats win. Only the beginning of the "ugly" to come.

Here we go..just 1 of thousands of law suites coming from the corrupt loser Trump.

Good luck with that the courts have unamiosly shot down these tricks in the last Trump lost election

Is America going mad, or going to the dogs, or what? Democracy is being stolen on a daily basis by Trump and MAGA and nobody moves to stop it! Why?

"Trickery?" Well, they'd know. The "shadow candidate" is the trick the GOP pulled in Florida and other places to do just that: trick people into splitting votes for Democratic candidates. Of course, then again, it just happens sometimes, too.

Who didn’t see that coming?

Marc Elias has already filed a lawsuit against this move. Elias doesn't lose.

I think we are well past ‘elevating concerns’

How can they sue as elections are done by the states.

...and the meddling continues.

DOJ should be careful about meddling in State elections ' Trump can't pardon you for criminal charges a state might file against you and from what I see there already might be several against Blanche!!!
