Dear Alison, Police planting evidence is not anything new. They have qualified immunity, meaning that it takes overwhelming and irrefutable evidence to pierce the immunity. They planted evidence on me when I was illegally arrested in an attempt to make it look real. QI is a SCOTUS invention.
