I believe John Gleeson is the same person who was appointed a friend to the court in the dismissal of Mike Flynn's case - because both Mike Flynn and the DOJ at the time were on the same side. I'm hoping we see something like this in the motion to vacate the charges against the Oath Keepers, too.

Yes, I looked it up Gleeson argued that Flynn’s guilty plea to lying to the FBI should stand, and recommended that Judge Sullivan proceed with sentencing rather than dismissing the case.
