If Jay Clayton is making claims about California elections without evidence, that's irresponsible for a lawyer and public official. Attorneys have a duty to be truthful and evidence-based. If that standard is being violated, his conduct should be scrutinized and disbarment considered.

Could any of the 'out' survivors, file charges in the state in which they live, against vance, blanche, and clayton for conspiracy to defraud them in their attempt to circumvent the law to release the documents? And then everyone in OUR Country also has standing to file ... 1/2

And maybe not even just the out victims, maybe any citizen parent in any state where one of the unknown, but known perps live, could file complaints that the perps present an imminent danger (if nothing else a Public Nuisance) and potential multiple 'Reckless Endangering of Children' incidents!

2 ... a complaint against blanche for violation of the laws relating to IRS tax audit procedures, which results in all of us having to pay extra taxes to make up for shortages in the trump family tax payments never paid due to the drop of all audits of the trump returns, which is itself a violation!
