FYI: Blanche rescinded the ORDER establishing the slush fund, not the underlying “settlement.” The settlement says any changes must be agreed to by ALL parties, not just Todd. This “rescission” isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on.

BREAKING: Todd Blanche has released what he calls a rescission of the slush fund (left). The last lawsuit he mentions is mine (Gill v DOJ). This doesn't change the fact that the "settlement" setting up the fund is still in effect. On the right, Blanche is LEAVING IN PLACE Trump's tax immunity.

This was nothing more than a worthless piece of propaganda to give Thune and Cornyn cover so they could vote to confirm Blanche. I've said this over and over One cain't git dummer than a non-gazillionaire Republican voter.

Of course. The essential corruption cannot and will not be rescinded. But once they’re out of power the whole thing can be null and void. It’s unenforceable once DOJ decides it no longer chooses to honor it.

The tax immunity was the real gem of the whole process, the slush fund, while beneficial to trump's supporters was just the distraction built in, to the real plan goal, which, when cancelled, would be no tangible loss to him!

Since the 'settlement' came after the lawsuit was dropped, and it never made it to the judge for approval, there is NO SETTLEMENT! Therefore, there is no Settlement Agreement! The 'agreement' is a trump wish list that he got his personal attorney to write up as if they had the authority to do so!
