Some very smart people disagree with me about expanding the court. But I don’t see how any good law stands in the face of this SCOTUS

Age limit requirement of 70 would eliminate the worst two & Roberts. We'd lose Sotomayer but Elena Kagan & Ketnji Brown Jackson would still lean progressive. With a Democratic Senate & Congress we could, potentially, still have a 6-3 advantage even if Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Barrett vote together

Well I wouldn’t include myself in that group AG…not even close. But I’m a conservative and it seems to me that the way out of 6-3 or 5-4 is to win elections. Hard to be sure! But don’t tell me it’s not do-able 🤙

Oh c’mon…you’re saying your ideas, your grit, your ability to recruit talented candidates, your ability to raise $, are fundamentally inferior to Republicans? No way you believe that.

The reason this court got so lopsided is largely because of 2 things: 1) Citizens United 2) Republican willingness to cheat If politics is the zero sum game that Republicans turned it into, then they got a 50 yr head start . . . Dems can’t wait 50 yrs to even the score . . . 🤬
