NEW: I'm in the Comey docket now. Comey petitioned the court to unseal this case, which Judge McFadden granted today. That's why we're getting this news now 1/

Back on 10/16, Comey filed a motion to dismiss, noting the statute of limitations requires an INDICTMENT within 10 years, not charges on information. Plus this issue was already investigated twice and it was determined that charges were unwarranted. 2/

I normally include links but so far, I only have access through my PACER account and haven't been able to locate the Courlistener links. I will post it here when I get it, or if someone else has it, please reply with the link below. Thanks! END/

Apropos of nothing, but PACER is utter bullshit. Courtlistener is an admirable attempt to compensate, but has its own significant issues (mostly low API limits even for paid users and inconsistent availability of the docs on PACER). The public should have unrestricted access to the law.

No thank you. The constant saving of records that often get dropped, dismissed, sealed impacts back ground checks for apartments and jobs despite not being in any state system but a server saved it once so its there forever. Fuck that.

I realize this is horseshit, but I’d like to read the Information, to determine what they conjured up. There’s smth abt a 10yr old info leak, but I can’t find it. This may be in anticipation of the 11th circuit finally telling Cannon to allow the release of Trump’s espionage case. That is going
