Health comes first. I had a similar scare last year and now I can’t use my rowing machine. My new hobby is to look into tenting solutions for split keyboards lol

Sorry to hear that. I've found that pulling my shoulders back and holding them there for a while helps quite a bit. Refs: pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC... www.reddit.com/r/CubitalTun... I'm using a Logitech Ergo K860 myself, haven't tried others yet. Hope you find a setup that works for you!
