Great tips! Here's another: Do everything in your power to remove all the climate change deniers from our government. Denying climate change is a crime against humanity.

It's not even July yet, and our heat indexes are over 105. These are much needed for survival.

I do this in North Carolina! I invested in window fans and I work 2nd shift. The temp gets to 98 (37 C.) and I let the fans bring in the cooler air when home. It's generally 85 by then, 70 (22 C) in the morning. Europe have basements. I would suggest opening those doors, if not sleeping there.
