Looks good! The community centre looks good as the one they are building on the Radley estate contiguous with Kennington looks too small for me to hold my cat swinging classes in.

That estate being part of Radley of course means the housing estate in Ridgeway will be contagious with Greater Oxford.

Presumably at some point in the distant future something will have to be done with the situation where new estates have to pay service charges to support stuff that in older estates and towns in general are paid for by taxes (currently council tax)
