They got rid of 100 selfish persons AND they increased their tax revenue up to 71.5 %. Sounds like a win win situation to me.

Thank you - talking to entrepreneurs they will always say they want to pay less tax and this will improve their business, but actual evidence can be hard to come by (as a non-economist anyway)
