Just wanted to raise awareness that a similar difference between home and foreign students is already the case in the UK because of difference in home and oversees student fee.

If a student with a degree at a European or Asian university takes a science job in the US, they don't need to pay this $100k fee. Trump is again working to destroy American universities.
