Make it make sense. Griffin lost his bid for NC Supreme Court Judge by 734 votes. Now he wants to disqualify 60,000 votes for the judges' race only... presumably the 60,000 votes are still valid for the numerous other races on the same ballot, including the election for president.

Make it make sense. Griffin who lost by 734 votes now wants to disqualify 60,000 votes, over 2 MONTHS AFTER THE ELECTION... but only for the NC Supreme Court judges' race. He doesn't want to disqualify the 60,000 votes for the many other races that were ON THE SAME BALLOT.
