Adding English to the PSA seems obvious, but Swedish surprised me a little. You wouldn't see Danish or Polish in Germany just because it's a neighboring country. Is Finland and Sweden actually a thing?

Swedish is an official language and required for all government signage. 7 centuries of colonizer control from the Kings left its mark, even tho at this point barely 5% of the population still speaks it…
