If you look very closely you’ll see my cute new Darth-ish laptop sticker from Japan. It translates roughly to: “What you gonna do about it, huh?”

Oh I almost forgot, I hung out with Steve on my last day in Finland. Did you know he likes coffee too? He’s not allowed to have any, of course, it stunts your growth & they want him to be even heavier (oof)

A Darth-ish figure with that much attitude makes a great laptop guardian. Where in Japan did you find it?

やんのか is more like “you wanna fight?” コラ is Katakana so a non Japanese word, so probably slang, but “kora” could also be a name. Might be a good question for @mondomascots.bsky.social. I seem to recall a mild mannered office red panda by day who sings death metal at night.

I expected - and got - multiple differences of opinion from Japanese speakers on this sticker lol

The verb やる can mean a lot of things, to do, to give… and this is verb, possessive (の) and question (か). So it is literally more like “you want to?” With the what implied by context. But an aggressive form. Very Manga. When I looked for examples I found kora again, and still no idea about that.😂
