Rocket Mortgage just bought Mr. Cooper and already called me about pulling equity out. They’re making thousands of these calls daily, hunting for suckers to default so they can scoop up properties or keep us in eternal debt. Hard pass. My goal is paid off in 10 years, not refinanced forever.
