So we can now see the Grand Bargain struck between Trump, Putin, Xi, and MBS. • Trump takes Venezuela and the oil • Putin and Xi look away. • China invades Taiwan. • Trump and Putin looks away • Trump disables US weapons in Ukraine • Russia invades Ukraine. • Trump looks away. NATO falters 1/5

• Trump invades Greenland • Putin and Xi look away. NATO shatters • Putin invades a NATO country. Most likely the Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, possibly also Finland. Kaliningrad is reunited. You could call it WWIII, but it’s all quite contained as long as NATO stays out of it. 2/5

It’s not clear how MBS benefits, except removing Venezuela as a competitor. Likely MBS has longer term goals that fit here. As for how to stop it … we would need to remove Trump ASAP, and replace him with someone that won’t “look away”. It’s not clear we can do that before the Taiwan invasion. 3/5

It’s also not clear Vance will not go along with it. He’s shown himself to be anti war in the past, but maybe he’ll change his spots and go along with it once he has the reins of power. Of course NATO could step up, but they’d could be fighting both the Russians and the US at the same time. 4/5

NATO joining the fray would likely escalate this to a full World War. Putin’s calculation is that they’re all pussies. It’s disheartening that we “won” the Cold War, only to have it all undone by a small greedy man, whose daddy issues made him need powerful men to tell him how great he was. 5/5
