I never knew I enjoyed silence so much until I got this screaming tinnitus from Prozac. Peace vs mental stability, I can only choose one apparently.

Oh no, that's awful! How long have you had tinnitus?

For like 3ish weeks now. Day to day it’s ok but at night it’s quite terrible 😭.

I'm so sorry. That sounds exhausting and frustrating.
