We just removed seat-based pricing from Netlify. Pro was $20 + $20 per seat. Now it's $20/month. Unlimited seats. 🧵

It's so sad that I have to go. You guys have been the best over the past 6 years that I have been a customer... I checked, and I im spending almost $160 every month in credits on your platform. that way more than getting my own sever on DigitalOcean or AWs

Six years is a long time, and we don't want to lose you over pricing without at least taking a look. There's almost always something we can do on usage or plan structure that gets the bill closer to where it needs to be. Mind if someone from our team reaches out to dig in before you go?

Yes, I’m speaking to some people, but the last time I inquired about a more structured option, such as a plan of $60 or $100 for individuals with growing projects, instead of the $2000 monthly plan for enterprises.
