How did you like Elixir, Stephen? I've been poking around for a side-car language recently too, leaning towards Clojure.

Early days, looking forward to getting into OTP (reminds me of actors e.g. Akka.net atm but my mental model is nascent). Trying to lean into the functional aspect and not be too bothered by the dynamic type system. I am a static type system believer :)

Looks really interesting - thanks for the prod to take a look! I am with you on static types :) I have always been a .NET'er, so haven't had to touch many, but a codebase of dynamic types... scares me!
