I think you have to look at the number of immigrants that arrived under each of them. And by the way, I’m for robust immigration. I believe global migration is basically a human right. Just obey our laws when you arrive, and pay your taxes.

I'm a fan of the Biden presidency, but that number only measures from when Biden took over, doesn't it? The baseline is not before the pandemic if I remember correctly. Once again, not to say that the recovery wasn't amazing, but I don't think that's the most telling number. And I could be wrong.
