A massive number of disillusioned former Trump supporters, non-Trump supporting conservatives, centrists, liberals, and non-political Americans all own firearms and would violently oppose the scenario you described. It is completely unrealistic that such an act would go unopposed.

That was the point of removing the generals and JAG officers. Those guys had too much allegiance to the constitution. The military can now be used against the peasants. Wars can be waged against neighbors and allies without any interference from any branch of government.
