Comic book writers are lovely, creative, collaborative people! With great vision! But I cannot stress enough these projects cannot exist without artistic skill and visual narrative practice bringing the story to life. And time. It takes time. It takes more hours of an artist's life to create a book.

Yeah, I dunno, comic book writers are fantastic creatives? Writing and art should be equal with the full knowledge that it requires so much more time to create the art for a graphic novel, and the artist contributes SO much to the story.
