Italy fined Cloudflare because it refuses to implement our instant censorship mechanism "Piracy Shield" (a small group of people representing the interests of football streaming services can block any IP in 30 minutes, with no warning or courts involved), and Cloudflare basically said "fuck you" 🎊

Are these people specifically blessed by the law, or can anyone do this kind of instant censorship?
