There's a good chance you've flown on this plane, consensually. N630VA was delivered to Virgin America by a lessor in 2007, and flew for VX and Alaska until being returned and re-leased to GlobalX in 2023. It is now being (ab)used by GlobalX to facilitate state-sanctioned human trafficking.

IMO, Airbus should refuse parts and technical support for this operator. And so should NFI group, the parent company of Motorcoach Industries, who builds the D4500 ISTV buses visible in the foreground.
