I was in support of not only sending everything possible on day one, but also ground troop support as well. Except, honestly, Europe has been slow too, and we are literally on the other side of the planet my friend. I support Ukraine completely, and so do my tax dollars.

I fully agree - only really PL, Baltics and Scandinavia had really stepped up. GE was real slow and had kinda stepped up low but %contributions of rest of Europe is pretty abysmal considering it’s on our turf - I would love to see Europe able to handle it ourselves but until we build a real MIC ..

But don’t act like this is our responsibility to provide everything when there are multiple European countries that haven’t done nearly as much as they could or should. Everybody hates America until some war breaks out then it becomes our sole responsibility to shower a side with money and troops.

The F16’s in Ukraine are delivered by Denmark and Holland. Denmark has also given all of its artillery. If the rest of Europe acted likewise Ukraine would hardly need support from the US.
