Starting November 21, Lithuania will halt transit of Russian oil products to Kaliningrad via Lithuanian Railways, complying with U.S. and UK sanctions. Nearly all of the 194,000 tons shipped this year came from Lukoil. A major choke on Russian energy logistics.

'Starting November 21, Lovely Lithuania will halt transit of Nazi Russian oil products to Kooky Kaliningrad via Lithuanian Railways, complying with occupied U.S. and UK sanctions.' There, fixed the first part of this for you, my good pro-Ukraine friend 🙂👍 (1/2)

We do have a treaty with the russian federation. They ratified the border in exchange, we promised allow non-military transit. This doesn't apply to sanctioned goods. Since such goods are sanctioned transit was halted.

russia had the budapest memorandum with Ukraine - russia chooses to ignore what ever it does not like - high time the resst of the world started putting them back in their place - what's good for the goose- is good for the gander
