The UK has ruled out using £8bn in frozen Russian assets to aid Ukraine after the EU failed to reach consensus on a similar plan. Britain had intended to act only in coordination with the EU, Canada, and Australia. Still, it remains committed to £3bn in annual military aid and will fast-track $2bn.

Such lack of resolve in EU. And Britain. Just do it what are the Russians going to do that they haven’t already. Worry about some court case about frozen assets 10 years from now.
