So when Trump said in June 2025, "Iran’s key nuclear enrichment facilities have been completely and totally obliterated,” and repeated in Nov 25 “It was called Iran and its nuclear capability, and we obliterated that very quickly and strongly and powerfully.”, what did he mean?
