Check out Covert Cabal on YT. I think they occasionally try to track how much remains at the storage sites. Primarily tanks, but arty too.

The USSR had prepared massive stockpiles for an apocalyptic war with the west. The tanks are more or less gone. MLRS too. Losing five in one day is a serious set back for the Russians. They have to refurbish what is left at enormous cost. That's why the parade had no equipment.

I think 'artillery' ranges from howitzer size kit to mortars they could probably pump out a fair few mortars pretty quickly
