We did this once already back when he had the perfect phonecall. He was also withholding aid that congress had allocated. It's still illegal for the administration to do that.

That's because congress is so corrupt that they can't actually do anything. Trump can piss on them and he doesn't even have to pretend it's raining

Durbin needs to find a way to get it out, or he can retire so someone younger and sharper can take his place. (This is, actually, illegal - once Congress appropriates the money, it's supposed to be sent.)

They make up the rules as they go along because so far there are no consequences for their actions or lack thereof.

If Trump sees (and remembers longer than 10 nanoseconds) that Ukraine is winning, he may release the money so he can crow that without his support Ukraine couldn't win. Zelenskyy knows how to work trump. It may show up sooner than Durbin thinks.

Israel gets what it wants. Ukraine...does not.
