hey internet. im a little bit depressed and fucked up in the head today

Hey me too, but I'm waiting at the dentist, & have a phobia about the dentist, so its not surprising. It will be over at some point. Hope something lightens your load & helps you today. They better call me soon as my feet are starting to make getaway moves.

im also phobic of the dentist. i always pay extra for the gas. i think they should make the place that gave me ptsd do that

I cried & had a panicky attack and I am so numb now after 2hrs of exhausting stuff.

On a positive note I now can ask for a bite block device, which takes away any pain in my arthritic jaw joint holding mouth open.
