Oh, come on. Berne is a writer and apparently she's very prolific. According to Google she has written over 100 books for school age children. This makes her sound like Stuart Smalley, someone who needs constant approval from others. First world, one percent wealth people problem.

Make non romantic praise/compliments popular again. You know how many smiles there are when I compliment some else's top or dress? Jackets? Don't be creepy, be kind.

As a Mom of 3 I get it.

Sometimes moms need recognition for the things some people take for granted.

Babies don’t always need to be noticed, she and her young children needed the noticing, heart felt interview.

Support for parents comes in all forms and everyone can do it.

Same!! Years ago I was at a Friendly’s (family restaurant) with my two boys. A woman approached saying she had overheard our conversation and was impressed with how we spoke to each other with respect and listened so well. My kids are now parents… i wonder if they remember that experience!
