Glad you're covering, but your article only mentions protests in cities. The unique part of this movement is how many local protests are taking place in suburban and rural towns, showing citizens the pushback that's taking place in their local communities -- where protests rarely happen.

Bloomfield NJ enjoyed warm weather and an enthusiastic, friendly crowd estimated at 500. My guess was a hundred or two higher. Plenty of positive honking and feedback from passing cars. Plenty of imaginative homemade protest signs reminded us of why we came. 🇺🇲
