What are the odds on the 10 passenger on a US registered speedboat merely being Cubanos returning from holidays accidentally firing in the direction of the Cuban coastguard as they were expressing their joy at seeing their homeland again?

Our government saying that the Cuban government can’t be trusted is rich. We used to cooperate on matters of mutual concern, but more and more we are on our own in this new world Trump has made. Soon there will be no-one willing to cooperate with us. Not even our friends. Making America Go-it Alone.
