Just in: The Court of International Trade has struck down a second round of global tariffs ordered by President Trump, after his earlier import taxes were outlawed by the U.S. Supreme Court. The decision is a victory for importers and a setback for the administration.

Why in the world would that be a setback for the administration??? Have you seen Trump's poll numbers???? Stopping the damage from Trump's stupid tariffs would be the best thing that could happen to the Trump administration. Why not provide intelligent reporting instead of the sane washing?

There is a reason most countries don't try to extort other countries with illegal extortion and piracy. And it doesn't matter if the orange shit pile and his goons "don't recognize" the CIT authority; the other countries expected to pay them do, and they won't. The end.

Trump reminds me of the woman in her work duds at a bar in the round. I waited on a friend. She came out trailing an unravelling roll of toilet paper. Felt for her pointing. She looked behind did a 180 and I suppose set things right. Trump would just keep on walking.

Soooooooo...therez no guarantee prices will come back down for the consumer ..I mean..what mechanism is in place to return the taxes paid by consumers? ....there is none. we're supposed to trust retailers who raised prices b4 the tariffs were even enacted..to return to pre tariff days?
