He will tear it down, nobody will stop him and there will be no consequences since his cocksucking SCOTUS told him he is above the law. It is maddening!

Imagine if Obama just decided he wanted to tear down the Jefferson monument because, let’s face it, he owned slaves. Or if Clinton wanted to tear down the Vietnam Memorial because he was a conscientious objector. How + why on earth could Trump ever be allowed to tear down the Kennedy Center!?! 🤬

From April: the DC Activist Street Band bringing some sassitude to Hands Off the Arts. Tonight, 9/18 at 6:30, show up at the Kennedy Center and add your voice to the movement saying STOP. Public institutions are a public inheritance. They belong to all of us. #HandsOffTheArts #KennedyCenter

I'm still agog that he has faced no consequences for tearing down the East Wing. But hey, if you can start wars without approval and just on a whim, then I guess they'll let you do anything.

"A federal judge ruled yesterday that President Trump cannot tear down the Kennedy Center without a 30-day notice." I doubt Trump cares what any judge thinks. The wrecking ball will arrive and go to work and by the time the rubble is gone the courts will tell him to stop what he's doing.

I hate to sound like a lawyer but that’s wrong. This implies he can tear it down after 30 days. No. He has to give 30 days notice of INTENT to tear it down. That means he can’t do what he did with the East Wing and the court will have 30 days to act.
