Private equity is killing us

It’s not a secret anymore that private equity is controlling and manipulating residential real estate markets. Making it increasingly expensive for individuals and families to live. Governments need to take action on residential real estate (incl. increasing development, moderating ownership.)

Dear Spain. Expropriate that shit now.

Many countries either outright banned foreign ownership for housing or at least impose punishing taxes on such properties… so there are ways to deal with it. Housing owned by private equity companies from US is lose/lose for Spain.
