Off to see a band I quite liked back in the day, but far too done-in for any new music, so willing and ready to obnoxiously heckle any song later than about 2007

Have stopped by The Head of Steam for a warm up pint, also fondly remembered from about twenty years back, sadly without the many bitchy musicians I used to drink here with it’s (sob) just an average little bar

Don’t know the story behind this support band, but very sad their set didn’t end with the care home staff catching up with the guy who was broken out by his grandsons for one last gig, leading to an exciting chase out the back of the venue

I am so happy to see Lawrence gigging.

He's an indie legend! He was the man behind Felt in the 80s, developed big drug problems and then vanished out of the public eye. I first met him around 2014ish and he's such a fascinating guy. Didn't think back then he'd ever end up back on stage.
