There's a small tourist agency in my hometown, for which I built the web with a dev friend, like 6 years ago. We charged them for coffee only because we wanted to help them. They're very nice ladies, in their 50s, not very tech-savvy. We're still getting the calls to fix the stuff they break. 🤭

We do that maintenance free of charge, of course. They are always so thankful and cute. "What have we done this time?" - Oh, you deleted the category in WordPress and replaced it with a new one, so it messed up your offers. "Ahh, and how did we do that?" - No idea. 🤣
