The R’s are refusing to hold Trump accountable because they agree with him. So does the SCOTUS majority. We must vote these people out of office.

Um the FCC presides over public airwaves not streaming services or cable networks. Trump Administration knows this, they just enjoy wasting everybody's time pretending they have powers not laid out in any legislation.

Next up, we'll be required to display a picture of Trump prominently in our homes, and a toll free number will be provided to turn your neighbors who don't.

I'd suggest Disney go right to SCOTUS, but 2/3rds are as crooked as the rest of the Turd Reich.

Does Disney do any broadcasting over public airwaves? If not the FCC has ZERO ability to impose any kind of sanctions, and even if they did the huge collection of biased statements from the FCC chair would get any proposed sanctions tossed in court.

Disney owns ABC who has access to assigned broadcast frequencies owned, assigned, licensed and regulated by the FCC. They're demanding a renewal of all the licenses. Local stations frequencies are specific to their networks. Emergency radio channels are on dedicated and assigned frequencies.
