Bedrooms. Marble showers. A bar. DHS spent hundreds of millions in taxpayer dollars on planes under Kristi Noem, bypassing competition because the need was supposedly “urgent.” Most of the planes then largely sat idle. What happened to rooting out waste and fraud?
