good news: i finally figured out where all these biting gnats in my apartment came from bad news: i need to replace my primary fridge asap oh god oh fuck

i hadn't been using it for the past several months, opting to only use my mini fridge at the opposite end of my apartment, but i forgot there were some partially frozen foods in the half-working freezer and uh aaaaaaaaaaa

i've finally cleared out the freezer & am subjecting it to the ozone machine now, and holy fuck there are so many insect corpses that thing is not freezing *anything* and absolutely needs to be replaced
